not in detail but here were go.
take off bumper, then headlights, rip them apart, cut silicon glue(if u can't, bake it in the oven to melt it), careful not to touch the chome part of the lense, break the ends off the amber, put back together, reseal with automotive clear silicon, let dry for couple of hours, install back on! this is pretty hard and time consuming, take ur time and do it right because i sure didn't

Man don't be a p-u-s-s-y, if u have sedan headlights, u have to heat it up, theres no way u can take them apart, i've tried and it impossible. i can clear the headlights in 10mins! if u smell something funky, TAKE IT OUT. hahaha

damn, reading what telly told me and hearing all the htings you guys said about the melting part scares me cuz i've never used the oven in my life. but that's not the problem... i'm just scared i'll melt and fug up the headlights. if i'm gonna get it done, i'll need someone's help for sure. i'm so certain i'll screw up doing it myslef.

even if they are really strict and give u a ticket for it anyways, go to court and show that you changed to the stock / amber bulbs and they'd most likely throw it out...
diy clear headlights
check out a local body shop for spare headlights, they have lots with broken brackets, so it junk for them, but free practice for u.
thats how i did mine... riped open the body shop one.
then did mine in 10 mins, really easy.
