skunk2 can adjust the height...... but the ride won't be as good as h&r
h&r the drop is not that much but the ride quality is really good...
skunk2 i would recommend u change your shocks also...because
ur shocks will be blown real fast....if u drop them really low....
h&r the drop is 1.3 so i think you'll be ok wif ur stock struts...

Don't use sleeve coils, you'll regret it. If you absolutely need the option to change the height, get Teins.
Don't forget that you *should* do an alignment everytime you adjust your height, that adds against the practicallity of getting coilovers.

i have H&R sport springs.......good ride quality!!!
my springs settled to about a 1.5 inch drop ,
then all u need is 17" rims to complete the look!
dont like skunk2 coilovers, if u do get coilovers, get tein or JIC!!!

Just get the H&R's.
VicLX has H&R and I have Neuspeed... I really like VicLX's drop after it settle. Neuspeed Race is good but I has neuspeed Sport. I think Neuspeed Race has a nice drop because even after it settles, the rear is still higher that the front and that's how it should be.
