I havent been to Pualito's either..yet. But I've seen their SUV almost everyday parked at a collision place on Victoria Ave in NF. It's got huge chrome rims.

BTW I think 17's is a good idea. The roads around here aren't good enough for 18's with only a 35 series tire. Hell they arent good enough for 17's either but thats life i guess.

And if im in NOTL i'll look for yah.

Peace

Depend on the drop I have goldlines, and alot of people say its too slammed, TEIN make a good spring but are hard to get. Eibach your paying for a name. As for parts, I use to get all my parts from Performance Edge but there gone. So basically ebay, tornactive.com and paulito's for me

Holy sh*t, niccotynne, you go to Brock too. So do I. I am not there now (co-op ) but I'll be back for the summer and next year.

And FYI i have the H&R sport which drop the car about 1.5 inches. I am pretty sure that White's goldline are lower than that.

Anyway, you can check the link in my sig for pics of the H&R

When you drop your also gunna wanna watch your camber. Most people say that anymore than 1.5 drop you should get rear camber kit so you dont waste your tires.

Thats just my 2 cents, but I am not an expert by a long shot.

Mine are about 2 all round. Camber KIt is a MUST! I don;t have one but i got stock tires so I don't care untill my rims arrive. Matrix are made by Ractive they make ok products. If you want to see my car jus lmk Im always in st.kitts and I can show you. BUT if you are gonna lower your ride invest in a camber kit save your rubber. Cuz + and - camber wear sucks

lmk = let me know
If you want to see my car I should be in St.Cathrines Friday or saturday. The blue civic does it have a body kit. Many 7th Gen civic's in the area, only 5 of us talk that are from the Niagara Region. Are you sure you want to go springs tho, Because eventually you will need a camber kit to correct + and - wear also shocks 4 Koni yellows go for bout 800.00+ CDN. If your looking for a sweet set up for suspension save up for TEIN Coilovers. 2.5 in slam all around fully adjustable. $1700.00CDN + 100.00 install. Thats a sweet price considering these go for 2000+.

Take it easy

niccotynne, it probably was me you saw up there, i do have the 7thgen stickers. But my car wasn't lowered then. I paid 300 for my H&R and got them off of someone from this site. He used 'em for a couple of months but wanted to be lower.

As for the Ground Controls: I was originally going to get these things because I fugured I could raise the car to stock height fro the winter and lower it for the summer. But after looking into it more closely I learned that when you live in crap waether like we do up here the adjustability may seize on you. Also every time you adjust the ride height you need to get another alignment.

But like Brian said a full suspention package like the TEIN would be amazing, but it is pretty expensive initially.

OH yeah, if your at Brock now you in the middle of exams right? GOOD LUCK

Peace

nicco, i got a set of eibach's, the pro kit, good drop and you dont need a camber kit. it has a nice ride and basicaly gives you a "raked' without lowering the car too much. there is another member on here "oldskool" and she has the eibacj sportlines, they go a little lower than mine. just make sure you do some research and make the right decision.

are you guys plannin on goin to the meet in june or what?

why haven't i seen this blue civic up at brock, we need more members on our forum.

has anyone seen that coupe with the fast and furious graphix on it yet, nice car just needs to lose the graphix.

well grandpa needs to get back to work, keep an eye out for my car, should have the grill and cleared lights on by next weekend, and hopefully rims by the meet, thats my goal. enjoy this sh_ty weather, cant wait for some good weather, mmmmm! short short's

jer2k: thanks alot...i actually just had an exam this morning, im so sleepy now.. anyway, how much drop do you get from your H&R? your civic looks pretty low..

profurious: i heard alot of good things about eibach sportlines and might just get that, but i was reading a threat in another section and they were saying that for a sedan, neuspeed is a better spring.. does it matter???? so what kind of rims are u getting?? coz we have the same kind of civic except mine is in black...

thanks for the replies so far guys!

i think i may go with some motegi mr8's with yok parada spec2's. you know its too bad that you couldn't wait like 8 month's to drop your car, cuz i'm gettin rid of my springs over the winter, i'm gonna hook myself up with a true coilover set up, hopefuly tein but maybe h&r cups. if you want to check out my ride let me know and we could hook up somewhere. the eibachs are nhook up so you can see the rideice, i have to admit that it looks like the back end sags but it is actually the same height as the front. i heard that neuspeeds are because they dont have that *** sag look, but ride quality they are the same. let me know if you wanna hook up to see the car, we could do a mini meet next week at wendy's at the QEW and Glendale.

******that's it, next thursday (weather permitting) we havin a mini meet at wendy's at QEW & Glendale. role call for niagara, whitey and jer you better say you can make it. we'll do it for 12:00 noon. oldskool if you still love me and want a present you'll show up. post to let me know if you all are up for it******

yeah we should do a mini meet so that nicco can see all the different springs that us niagara regioners are sporting. We got goldlines, eibach and H&R. Thats a pretty good selection.

mine (h&R) lower the car 1.5 inches (1.5 inch finger gap at the back)
Rick: eibach prokit lower 1.0 inches
Oldskool: eibach sportline (i think) 1.75
White: goldline 2 inches.

the reason mine looks lower is because of my body kit.
The front is about 1 inch below that rubber peice and 1.5 inches from lowering. So in total 2.5 inches.

That meet time is sketchy for me right now. I dont know where i'll be on thurs.

Well I don't know too much about the neuspeed springs. But I don't think I've heard anything negative about them either. If they make a spring specific for a sedan you cant go wrong there.

I took some updated pics of my ride so check my link in my sig and let me know what ya think.

nico, nuespeed's are from what i heard the best kit for the sedan, i'm sorta wishin i went with them. whatevere though like i said i'm gettin rid of them for coils anyways.

jer you suk now your car looks so much better than mine, f_ck i need to get some rims bad. dont put a spoiler on your ride i like it the way it is. all you need to do is get your headlights cleared, and some tint.

spotted a newbie yesterday in st. cath. green coupr with touring style wing and a gold crown hanging off the rearview, i think the stance may have been altered but i'm not sure. you guys have to let vic know if you are comin to the meet or not, whitey and jer you two better show up. i'm tryin to get continenetal to come out with there ride and maybe hook us up with some goodies.

OK I'll let vic know. I'll post in that thread to say I'll be there. The problem is with summer school you never know when midterms will be.

Anyway, I have no plans for a wing/spoiler/fin etc. and I'm counting on you for my headlights to be cleared Rick. So I hope you perfect the process on your ride. HAHA

Anyway, my ish goes in tomorrow for its new bumper. There goes the tint fund!!! OH well
