You should of just laid on the horn. Id recognize our POS horn anyday. HAHA

Yeah it was a continental. They found it was leaking when they adjusted my front springs and told me to come in for it and it would be under warranty.

I know they are doing me a favour...but i guess since I bought the car their they hook me up.

I do know that I would love some after market shocks though. But with school and ish now it sucks.

Peace

i got 3 bumper clips, the silicone and 2 amber turning signal lights. the number was 7443 i think. they don't sell them in the amber colour at C.T. but the guy had a pair that was from a display and sold them 2 me for $2. He said it was the exact same as the clear bulbs so it should work.

I took a peak at how to change your bulbs from under the hood and wtf is up with the layout? How are you supposed to change the turning signal bulbs when they burn out?? Is there an easy way to do it?

There's a meet on Saturday? hahah j/k I hope everthing goes smooth for your headlight clearing adventure.

Anyway Im going up to continental in the morning at 930. Why? Because I need a new sub-seal. Thats the rubber thing in the door that stops the rain and water from going in. Apparently every time I washed my car I would totally submerge my front door speaker in water. Thats why they always stopped working. When the audio guys took the door panel off the water poured out. LOL I love my Honda.

BTW i heard those bumper clips were like $5 each? Is that true?

$3.86. i'm takin my door off this weekend to do some sound deading, i think i have the same prob you had jer except not to your extent./ i can hear drips in my door every time it rains. i think i'm gonna polish up the radiator one of thyese days so it looks nice and clean. i wrote a letter to PAS mag yesterday telling them about our meet, hopefuky they'll get back to us with some good news. maybe if they decide to come we can get some big sposors to come out too. jer when you go to continental tomoorroe remind clint about the meet and ask him if he's mentioned it to his manager yet.

I'll mention it to him if I see him. I didn't see him last friday when I was getting the struts.

Anyway excuse my ignorace but i dont know what PAS mag is. I know SCC, HT ...

Are you going to use one of those sound deaders like brown bread or the other ones (cant remeber the names of the others) for your doors. I heard that stuff works pretty good.

While you got the door panels apart put some 6.5's in there. You'll be impressed.

Peace

PAS Mag= Performance auto and sound magazine, good canadian performance magazine, may/jun just came out the other day, go buy it at 7-11

I think they are just crap struts.

I hope that they replaced mine with 2003 struts. I think they are better.

BTW Rick thats why I was asking if you were gunna use that stuff. Cause it is heavy.
And if you get passed taking the screws off the doors you got more skills than me.

do you mean clint the guy who used to or still has a orange coloured civic hatch with a gsr?

You should stop by on sat morning sometime at ricks and check out how the headlight clearing is going. maybe get yours done too if you like the look of it enough. i cant wait. i'm seriously getting hooked on modding again...

i went to east hamilton radio today and bought my alpine 9815 head unit. its so sweet. now all i have to do is read the stupid manual to figure out all these crazy features. I have a guy coming from nova scotia tomorrow to buy my crx and if it goes well i'm probably heading back to get a sub/amp system installed sat afternoon.

im not going to be able to sleep tonight or fri night...

you bet, best prices by far. go for the konig heliums, only 16.2 lbs for 17's and with rubber (kumho 711) they'll run you like $1500.
