my drivers seat wont slide back as far as it used to. it just stops at a certain point. my legs are a bit cramped,
but i can still drive, although it's a bit uncomfortable.

Check to see if your floor mats in the back are in the way.

I had the same problem. I took it to honda and they said they found a dime that slid down and fell perfetly in the track that the seat slides on. They said it was fixed, and i was on my way.
Hey, come to think of it, they never gave me my dime back.

Hey guys,
There is a know problem with the driver's seat in the civics... they tend to rock back and forth and they do catch on the rails a a result. This is a silent recall... so if your seat rocks or catchs... just take it to honda and tell them. They will install an upgraded bushing kit to fix the problem. It's no charge so hat have you got to lose?
Later!
