OT: my bumper broke.. :(
my front bumper broke...so i am going to replace it with a new one and my car went into the shop for re-paint....the whole car.... [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Isn't it expensive to repaint the whole car just for a front bumper?
Just curious, how much would a paint job like that cost? (Engine bay, inside the doors, trunk, etc.)
If you're gonna repaint the car, might as well shave some crap off! Like door handles, gas trunk (relocate to rear tail light), roof line, etc.

Rep Power: 0 LOL well, i was at sunoco for gas, too many ppl were lining up because the price was like 68.9 or something like that. so i couldn't really get out "sideways", so i scratched my front bumper. (underneath there is this "lip" sorta thing, i dunno how to explain it) but i didn't know the whole piece (just the "lip") broke off, i thought i just scratched the bottom part of the bumper... and my paint job, plus installing new bumper and rainguards, etc cost me $3600...*sigh* but it's for the whole car re-paint though... [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Pink- Here's a dumb question, but wouldn't it cost a lot less just to paint the bumper and have it colour matched? Or did you feel that it was time for a new freshly painted coat of pinkness?
