well I always thought Rogers mail go down quite often... I think it's just another one of those.... your internet is working... so call them, tell them the problem... just say you can't get mail... ask if their side is down or something.
i called and they said there's no report of any problem and when the guy asked me for my IP address and on my computer it said 192.XX...
and i know if i tell him that then they wont help me either....so anyone else from Toronto also experience the same problem like me? any computer genius here? i need help quick

I'm also on a router... you can forget the router momentarily and hook up the modem right to your comp, then get them to help you... you'll just have to set up your computer again for the router which is not too hard.
or you can see if Rogers has webmail and sign up for it and see if you can get your mail that way.

I'd suggest making sure it's not the router. Since your using a router I'm assuming that your using other machines. Have you tried using another comp to check ur email? or just connect it directly to the cable modem, and if it still doesn't work, call rogers, and give them your ip and such.
