WTB: Fog light wiring

Been using the OE-style fogs for a while, the lights are great, but the remote is still a bit iffy, coz I don't have any indicators on whether the lights are on or not (aside from looking at the light).

Does anyone have any connections to get me a set of wiring harness for the OEM or OEM-style fog lights with switch? I've called Action Honda and the parts guy there wouldn't split a fog package.

I'm sure Honda will have some part #s for just the wiring part of the kit.

Mario: You have a friend at Honda, can you ask him if he can connect me with that? It's worth a drive to Barrie, hahaha.... What's that commercial... "It's worth a drive to Acton"....

I was also wanting the same thing...want fog lights but want it to look as close to oem as possible incl switch and mounting the fog light position already on my car.

I've looked, and gave up and got the remote ones from Gusto.

Works great, don't get me wrong, just feel like I'd like it completely attached to my car.

The only place you can get ones with the wiring harness is off Procarparts... And there was a big deal with money order or AE only ordering from them, so I gave up on that. Just didn't make sense to go through all that trouble and possibly not get the part... Can't really track money orders...

My only bet now is to get someone inside Honda to order the part... I'm gonna check some Honda part sites now...

I'm about to buy an OEM Switch Kit with P/N 08V31-S5D-310G in one of the dealers here in Mississauga, its just a switch and a short wiring harness.
I dont know if it will plug into the OE Style foglights but you might wanna
check it out.

Check this DIY:

About the wiring harness, I dont think the OE switch kit will work with other wiring harness,
tried laying it down and the connectors are specifically for the OE harness.

Where do you get these "OE style" foglights anyway? $$ ?

netcbc, what is it you have, just the switch and wiring?

Got em off Gusto for $225, seen them at Hi Tech for $250 + install.

I think the switch is what it is, just a switch. Anyone brave enough to help me try and patch that into the remote system? I've got relay and fog wiring from the OE-style, so it should just be a matter of patching the switch wiring into that...
