Need some advice
Last week, TeamIkon (a member here on 7thgencivic) posted parts for sale on Marketplace. Some of these parts were a used AEM CAI With a broken filter ($90USD) and Eibach Sportline Springs, 5 months old ($100USD). I have been e-mailing him back and forth, his e-mail address being ProjectCivic01@aol.com. He gave me his address and name. I did a money order for him and sent it out using UPS yesterday. I haven't heard anything from him in a couple of days, but he says he will be out of town but my parts are all packaged and everything. I searched White pages for his name and address, and zip code but could not find anything. I need some advice, maybe I should put the money order on hold until I hear back from him.. I don't know..

that's the way I'm looking at it, not everyone in the world is trying to screw other people.
Gusto, you said I will have to pay a lot of duties at the border. I told him to put "Used Auto Parts" on the description, I told him to put a low value also.

Last time I used PayPal I read that they only protect you if you're in the United States and they can't do anything if you're from Canada.
BUT from what I heard, if you report someone in, they will remove the money and put it back into your account. =)
So I like PayPal =)
OR you can try the CIBC service where it's similar to PayPal but it's Canadian so you should be protected.
