Thinking about installing fog lights... But how and where?

Thinking about installing fog lights... But how and where? Hi there everyone,
I have a 2009 Civic LX automatic and was interested in getting some fog lights perhaps to customize it. It's basically the first customization I'd do to it.
I notice you can buy lights and kits online, but I am no good when it comes to car work.
Do you know of a place in southern Ontario that can install the fog lights for a reasonable cost?
My car currently has no fog lights and I have no idea where the switch would go since there isn't a dummy button plate in the cabin.
