Is it possible to Blackout our headlights?

I was told it wasn't possible, for some reason?
Those who have cleared there headlights would probably know!

Rep Power: 0 well u can paint the outside of the headlight
but u cannot paint the reflective part of the headlight
cuz u must be able to shine out light for on coming traffic!!!!
so if u paint the reflective part hahaha might as well tell them to give u a ticket

Rep Power: 0 i dont think its possible painting over the chrome... well maybe if u strip the chrome pieces off but.. as boo said.. u need those reflective thingys so ppl can see ur headlights.. it doesnt look as good as the RSX.. dammit!!
