that was u then i wasn't sure and yes the hubcaps are off i currently have 14's on the front cause i had an unsafe tire...i need rims!!! my 15 inch steelies are on the back so the hubcaps didn't fit the front. i had to take them off the back everyone was trying to race me. i looked like i was ready to run haha
