They're not just any ribs, these are the fattiest cuts of marbled baby beef ribs. So yes they are high in fat.

They are usually marinated in a sweet soya sauce marinate, consisting of garlic, sugar, green onions, asian pears, vinegar and lots of other goodies. Typically they are grilled on an open flame over real wood charcoal.

As you can see there are different variations of the same cut of meat, but the idea is just the same. Wanna try it? Just open up your yellow pages, and go to ANY korean restaurant. Yes it's that common. Too bad I'm on a diet, otherwise I'd be eating this **** all the time. Dee_f_ucking_licious
