Well seeing as how this thread has been so damn quiet over the past few weeks, I decided to post something up, just to see what people plan on doing for the new year, It could be anything, just what do you all hope to accomplish, with life, your ride, education i.e. schooling, work
Lets hear it!

hahah Mike, I have a gym in the apartment.. and I don't go
Rob ... think about how much money you would save if you quit smoking!!! You could put that extra cash into your car.

one step at a time, i should work on cutting down on the smoking, then eventually quit!

I'm pretty undecided what my goals are for the New Year...as of a couple months ago i was trying to get an internal transfer thru my work to the states...that's still kinda on the side and nobody knows if it's gonna be allowed yet cause my work is stupid.bah.If that was gonna happen my car was going to remain stock. But now after months and hearing nothing and the HR dept not getting back to me i may end up stickin around...and modding my car after all.
So this year it looks as tho my money will be split between car.tattoos.shoes.
unless i decide to save it...but we'll see how THAT goes...

Hey Rob,
Guess what? I've quit smoking after 14 or so years, and I feel great
I haven't smoked for almost 1.5 months, even cheated on new years with a nice $20 dollar cigar with no desire afterwards to light up
I've gained over 20 lbs now, so I gotta hit the gym soon and make all this fat turn to muscle. Sweet

Congrats 909. Now get your skinny *** back to my end of the 905 and get this cluster, I'm a fat lazy smoker who blazes and drinks too much.
Plans for the new year? To kill everyone. OK not everyone, just people who **** me off. Like bad drivers, ugly hookers, and those teenagers at the mall who ask me for smokes.

I play music (I miss my drums), I produce tracks, and yes I do dance. Painting makes me even angrier cause I spill stuff. I channel my anger through that. But I have more anger....yes, more anger indeed. I can't dance 30 hours a day you know.
Thanks Rob, basically someone close to me got really sick, so I told myself I had no choice.
When it's no longer an option, its not as hard as you think.
Secrets? None really, just a lot of snacking (randy's jamaican patties, fresh fruit), tons of coffee, and start buying those 5 packs of bubble gum. Forget the gimmicks (patch, pills or gum) it's all in your mind. Good luck and all the best.

i agree....all in your mind....its about disassociating the things you enjoy with smoking...or even the things that stress you out. whatever you use to do that triggers you to smoke, you have to learn to do it with the nicotine....
i just wish i had the motivation to quit right now....

I quit like 5 years ago, for a couple years, cause I was starting to work out and as well every smoke I had made me gag....the first one for the day always did, but at that point for some reason I couldn't stomach having a ciggie....very easy to quit then.
Then things got bad for TeLLy, and back on the coke and cigarettes....thankfully I only have to worry about the cigarettes nowadays. Cocaine's damn expensive.
