dead tranny?? (pics) *UPDATE*.. SHE's BACK!!!!

Well my tranny is most likely gone.....dunno if its the ATF, Torque converter or whatever....but its not going anywhere for a while....

I tried to put it in reverse or any other gear and nothing.. just sits there as I rev...

Im at 86,000KM anyone know if the tranny warrenty goes at 60,000Km as well

Had to flatbed it home... If I dont do this at HONDA .. anyone know any good places for transmissions???

and dont say it was the ZEX... I never spray in the middle if a gear change...

I'll ony do a swap if I have to pay for it..and it'll cost as much as an auto...

BUT...

...just got off the fone with honda and they said that I had 100,000 Km warrenty and they would replace it.... ...

but i cant bring it in till monday and the soonest I can get it back will be thursday. .. but I shouldn't complain.... it'll be free...

Good thing you are still in warranty range. Major components (ie. tranny) are covered by the 5yr./100k powertrain warranty.

as if u have ZEX on an auto. i am pretty sure its the zex that caused it, cause out auto trannies are pretty weak, and probebly over tiem, the extra power from the zex probebly just killed it.

make sure before going to the dealershit to get ride of the zex and any sign that could show u had it, they will void your warranty in a heart beat.

acutally Nitrous responds better with auto's... as far as i was concerned... i squeezed a total of no more that 8 times... and never let it run over a gear change...
