a/c vents
i painted mine twice
if you f u c k ed it up......... sand it down. using like 150grid.
after that.. smooth it out with lower grid sand paper. 80grid.
or was it the other way around? i did it a long while ago
the higher grid sand paper colous is the brownish colour
the lower grid sand paper is a black colour
but like i said.. it could be the other way around
one thing i do know for sure is ........then is:
sand it down with the brown colour sand paper (rough texture) till the paint comes off
then sand it down with the black colour sand paper (SOFT texture) till the rough surface is gone.
then apply your paint.. (spray paint) if you notice the paint is not going on properly... or there are bumps and bubbles on the a/c vent after you paint it.
sand it down again with the black colour sand paper (go with an even softer texture black colour sand paper).. do it after the paint dries.
couple hours, or give it a day
then spray paint it again
...when i say sand it down again, sand the part that you dont like only.... you dont need to resand the whole a/c vent.... only the sections that dont seem to appear properly
you need patients for this... even when i did it, i want it all done in one day.. haha.. but you can, b/c the paint wont fully dry if you wwant to resand it till it gives you a smooth texture..
make sure after each time you finish sanding it.... wash it, so all the dust is rinsed off.... before you repaint it
if you want more info on the sand paper types... go to home depot and ask one of the workers.
