Do you mean the whole kit no longer lights up? I've installed several sets, and have done some custom stuff with them. Can you post up how you have them connected?

Could possibly be that an inner tube cracked. I've had that happen to two of my 10 inch streetglow neons before. I think it was because it was so cold out and i turned the lights on right away in the car. Anyway, streetglow has a warranty and if the inner tube breaks (doesn't cover the outer tube), then you get a new one.

As long as you have the receipt that is. Yeah if it's just one or two tubes not lighting, the outer acrylic tubes are not damaged in any way, and they're connected to the transformer (gold series) or distro (blue series) properly, then you can get Streetglow to replace the tubes. If the whole kit isn't lighting, that's a different story - check all your electrical connections first.
On the other hand, I've turned on my neons in the dead of winter and they came on after 2 seconds. My front is dead though, and since I got them for free, I have no receipt and couldn't get warrantied. So I bought another set from nymbus2k. Man all this coffee is makin me chatty this morning.

FlippedOut, long time no see! Good luck with the underglows. I remember how sick they looked with that bright white light.

Mario, you got PM - that "TeLLy" logo is mighty tempting now. Hell, anyone else need neons hooked up? I wouldn't mind a lil extra cash (need to move out you know, hee hee)....damn too much coffee....

If the neon doesn't light up and the tube is cracked.. it's obviously cuz the gas leaked out

Or if you have LEDs for underglow like me... and only 1/2 of the lights work.. the module is stuck in a setting.. too much dirt around the buttons.

Like mine... haha.. I cleaned the dirt out.. shrink wrapped that thing and it works like a charm now.
