Yeah even if they match the paint code a GOOD shop will paint match to the rest of your car. For example, my rear lip is slightly off from the rest of the car, and my guy said that happens and usually a summer of sunlight will fix it BUT he said "bring it in when you can leave it for a couple days, I'll paint match it". And he's doin it for free too.

shyt, give it 50 years of direct sunlight and those two blues'll never be the same..

if ya start getting the runaround get in touch with yer insurance company too..tell them yer far from happy with the results and want it taken somewhere else (which you should have had the option of doing to begin with...they can't make you go to a certain shop)

"Prochilo Brothers" eh??
thanx for the warning...another one to add to my "not on yer fooking life ever go there" shops

Its good theyre fixing it for you, but they should have never let the car leave the shop looking like that. Absolutely atrocious job! Any good body shop should be able to make it look just like new.

BS bro, they can always match it. A good shop should be able to paint your car and you shouldnt be able to even tell it was worked on. Its more money but you get what you pay. I say take back until it works. If that car dosnt leave the shop ONE color dirve it back in there. Direct sunlight on a car that new doesnt fade it that fast. That one summer thing is BS, make sure that stuff matches up. Good luck

ITS ALL HONDA'S FAULT

and thats the truth........according to honda ETERNAL BLUE PEARL is code B96P.. right???

rght...... but since some are built in the Philppines and some in OHIO (like mine) each plant used B96P but all in different mixtures...

so the company that did my bumper called them up and it figures.. the OHIO plant's mixture was B96P-5... so they are repainting it with the new colour and give a rental car...

Bottom line HONDA knew this but since only the B96P stickers were all printed already they just ignored it...

I would take it back, the color doesn't even look close to the rest of the car.

i need to get the rear quarter panel repainted ssm on my car and now after reading how its hard to color match im a little skeptical. At our honda dealership here they have a body and paint place inside. Im thinking i should take it there cause they probably can do the best job.

u need to bring ur car there and tell those fockers to take the car in now and have it ready as soon as possible. tell them u will check on the car everyday and they will put it ahead of other tasks because the car was supposed to be done the day it was given back to u. since they messed, they should fix that **** NOW! if they say no, u call the police department and let them know u aint F-ing around. and visit it everyday and make sure they get on it.
