What? The paint still doesn't match? You need to make them do it again. Mismatched paint will kill the resale value of the car.

You will always notice it. I have a little dent and look at it every time. Just take it somewhere else that does proper color matching.

Just see what insurance says. They're paying so it's better to get it taken care of now. I've got a big scratch and a few dents on my door and can't afford to fix it. Deductible is too high. But anyway, don't settle for that. There's nothing worse than paint not matching on a new car.

its so hard to get a good body shop. u know why? because they use PPG paint. tell them to use factory OEM paint. its like 50 bucks a can. expensive but its the same paint used on ur car from the factory. their cheap bastards! u know they used the original factory OEM paint if they take the 11th digit of ur vin number in order to get the paint and get it mixed. tell them u want to see the empty can of the EBP paint that goes on the car. also check if the pearl effect and color matches the original paint thats on ur car that was un damaged. i hope that info helps u out.

Definitely talk to your insurance company if you aren't happy. My mom just recently got her car back from the body shop (Don Valley VW) and I found several things wrong with it so it went back. Luckily the bodyshop she dealt with was really good about it and fixed all the problems with any issues. But if you find you aren't getting anywhere with the bodyshop be sure to talk the insurance company about it, as they will definitely take action to be sure that your car is fixed to your standards. BTW, was the bodyshop that fixed your car one of the recommended shops of your insurance company?

In any case, best of luck.
