Cool BEANS, Playa! I'll be there Saturday, probably a little later than that though. The wife doesn't get off until 5:00 or so. We'll have to schedule some time. I'll get witcha about it!
<< Cool BEANS >>
wow i say that all the time to.
on another note i just got a air comressor and a gun for primer by the end of the summer im plane to have another gun for actual painting and im painting my civic a matalic blue.
how was Import Eurasia?
import eurasia was cool. only one 2k1 civic..somebody from newjersey, but he wasn't with car. it was dark blue with a turbo style hood and looked like a buddy club kit. with black wheels. it was nice...i can't wait to show my car in detroit on june 1st and elsewhere..it's gettin there. i just ordered the corbeau carrera seats instead of the sparcos..saved a littl money and they're just as good.

Hey Maverick, missed you saturday. Didn't see the number till Sunday. I was there though. Bought my TYC tails for $169! The wife absolutely INSISTED on a set of chrome pedals with blue lights. They're deep blue, too, not indiglo. I actually kinda like em. Installed both yesterday. The taillight outside piece was HARD AS HELL to get off. Finally found a 4th fr@ggin screw underneath, then yanked on em. The TYC's went on like cake icing though, and look great. So I got 3 mods so far. Next is my shifter, then I'm going to go ahead and save for my rims, so that I can get them by the end of July. It's all downhill from there, as far as cost goes, until about 2004 when I start seriously looking into a k20 swap
.
Import Eurasia was great. The TYC rep said the chrome projectors are due out in mid-June. I'm still waiting for those; they had pics of them on a sedan in the brochure, and they look hot as hell. I saw a 98 integra with a bmw front end conversion and an RSX taillight conversion. I had to stare for about 5 minutes or so. There was also a civic hatch with the absolute LOUDEST AND BRIGHTEST PAINTJOB I HAVE EVER SEEN: NEON HIGHLIGHTER RED/ORANGE! WITH MATCHING POWDERCOATED RIMS! Oh, well, you gotta do you, I guess. I went to the sign spot, and they made me a 12" sticker to match the oriental tattoo on my chest, with "Vizyun" printed underneath it. Once I get repainted, I'm going to apply it. The one 2k1 that was there was kinda nice. Had black projectors and tails, dark tint, shaved emblems (though with a sunroof, so probably an EX), and you could see the nitrous bottle through the tint in the back. Z3 fenders, monster hood, buddy club kit, black 17" rims. Forgot to bring my DAMN camera, though. Oh well, you shoulda been there, anyway.

Yeah the corbeaus are tight. I plan on getting the Torino's , but not until after my body kit, projectors, rims and paint. Oh, and my system. I don't know if anyone's seen this page, but Outlaw has the EXACT system I'm getting in his sedan, except I want either Infinity or MB Quart components. I've been talking with Mohawkboom et. al. in the I.C.E. forum about the amps and how to wire it properly. I found a nice deal online for the eclipse 12" alum. DVC subs ($279 each), and i found the earthquake PHD2 Shredder amp. for around $600. Now I just have to learn how to build that damn box, or buy one. I'm thinking about one I saw on sounddomain.com with a fiberglass backing. Then I could put neons inside the box behind the subs, as long as I didn't crank it TOO high. Just some thoughts. I still have to get the dimensions on the sounddomain box. So it looks like my Torino's will have to wait. Oh well, I'm on my way!
i won a tech manual off e-bay w/ a cd rom if yall need any info on something just tell me and ill look. it should be in within a week

Idunno if it's been said here or not (I'm too lazy to read all the past posts) but we're trying to organize a Maryland/DC/PA/Delaware/Jersey meet for Saturday July 20th. It's here in Mid-Atlantic forums, so if you want to show up (we're thinking Towson Town Center), head over to the thread and put your vote it ASAP. We're looking to get alot of peeps, so get your @$$ in gear and sign up!!!

The Maverick will be there. Talk to me Goose! Lata peeps, heading down to sunny Jacksonville FL to visit my folks and um buy a carbon fiber hood and stop by AeroTrends.com which coincidentally is in my hometown and see about some side skirts and rear bumper to go along with my Tsunami front. I'll be back on Wednesday in case you don't see me on the boards for a few days. Peace!

and about the Super Street tour
it's been going on for a few years now. Of course it is sponsered by super street and a lot of other companies. It's a weekend trip down to the Nopi show usually around September. they basically party , give away a lot of stuff, and party some more.
you can pick up an issue wherever they sell them near you and there should be an update on how it's going to be this year. For us in MD they start in PA but have to come thru Budds Creek in Charles County. SO you can jump on the line there or whatever. you have to sign up thou if you want them to make the hotel reservation and they give you travel packs and stuff wit food for the trip. ... ...

I am 'bout PISSED!!! I was in White Marsh mall Friday night right before I went to see Spider Man (HOT movie), and what should I see on the periodical's shelf at Waldenbooks but this month's issue of Import Tuner! WTF?!? I ALWAYS get my monthly issue before they hit newsstands. I called them today about it and they said I should've gotten it already. They're going to send me another one and extend my subscription an extra month. At least it wasn't a hassle. Import Tuner is the sh%t. The editorials are hilarious, and they have some of the HOTTEST models I've seen. Cars, I mean. The wife may just read this.
Seriously though, I'd recommend it to anyone. If you haven't already, check it out.

P.S. Max Boost is da MIZANN!!!!
