i dont know of any places personally, but i just looked in the yellowpages and found a couple places you could try:
Doctor Tinting Glass Tinting
575 East St, Frederick, MD 21701
(301) 695-9700
web site
Tint Plus
Professional Window Tinting Services
(301) 362-9150
web site
there were more matches for tinting places, but none of them appeared to do car window tinting. let us know if you find one of those places to be good, if you dont mind
good luck.
