Battery Tie Down?

Without the on side of the battery tie down firmly tightened can the battery actually disconnect? Cuz the screw that is there fell off. (sorry if this is wrong forum) Does anyone know the size of the screw I've been looking for a right sized one?

Disconnect? Well yes if it falls out of there somehow. Turn right hard enough and it may dislodge and fall on the header. That wouldn't be good. If you have an aftermarket intake and you accelerate fast enough it may just fall on the transmition and finally disconnect while you're driving. That would suck too. Buy the nut and put it back on. Try www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or your local hardware store.
