My friend has a 2000 2 dr. AV6 with AEM intake and a chip with factory 16in chrome wheels. his brother has a 2001 civic coupe ex with AEM intake and greddy evo cat back exhaust. his brother took out all the interior out of his car and took off his spoiler. they both ran the same time at the track. a 16.3 i think you have a chance i would race him.

Rep Power: 0 Madwheel...im sorry but if both of you guys are stock and the AV6 knows how to launch, it'll start pulling after 40mph. If you start from a roll at 70mph you will be soo gone. haha even if he doesn't downshift to D3 u'll still be gone. So iunno how you're say he only going pass you up at 100mph. Even the auto 6gen I4 got some highway power. Don't believe me? ask Piccoloboi02...
heres another thing..i aint trying to diss yall or anything but i DOUBT 3/4 of you STOCK 7gen ppl can beat a stock 6gen AV6 in the 1/4 mile. You guys might be closely right behind us but im pretty dyam sure you guys will lose, even if we are AUTO.

) , I also have a 5 speed EX. Guess a few combos really helped me out, oh well, I'd rather be in my civic anyway, i like more nimble cars (more than 500 pounds less than his!)
