Help! Adhesive for dash kit

What can i use to get me left air vent cover to stick because I must have done something wrong because the 3M tape wont stay. The way that the kit is it is not plastic it is this gel like glossy stuff. Thats the only way I know to describe it, my point is that it is not curved already so the stuff has to be able to keep it down. I dont want anything that will keep it on their permanently, just until i tear the biotch off.

i had the same problem with mine. just heat up the piece to make it flexable and use super glue to make it stick.

you can use good strong double sided tape and some adhesive promoter..that way if you decide to take them off, you can use some goof off and rub it off and not leave a scratch. super glue means permanent and can be nasty to plastics.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]
