Not really that might give you less, that is what happens over here at Honda of Lisle, because they look down on aftermarket modifications. They see it as saying this person tried to make our best car even better so we aren't going to give him a decent trade-in and then once we get it we are going to jack the price up on it and sell it to stupid people, while calling the car a "Honda Performance Edition"

If you have lots of after market stuff I recommend that you take them out and sale them separtly and try to get the stock parts.
The Dealer will offer you less money for the car than what it is worth just because of the aftermarket parts expecially if they void warranty.

Good luck

I've got a friend who traded his totally tricked out Civic in to get a new one......and the dealership gave him a great trade-in value on it. They use it as a Concept vehicle......it sits out in front of the Honda Lot on a big stand.

Yes if you have a "Totally Tricked out Car" then yes the Dealer may want to buy it from you to use it as a concept car and that way potential costomer will be more likely to buy a that car. Also if you enter car shows are usually valued at a higher. just because they are more reconizable.

Jhonda has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Ford gave me $9900 for my civic with all my mods and bad tires with 30000miles on it. Hell I was happy because it wouldn't even pass a normal cars emmisions. I guess the gude head and 4-1hp racing header and high flo cat will do that to ya.
NOW I HAVE MY SVT FOCUS
