Jus a little while ago my two frineds and I finished watching Triple X at the theoters(sp) (bad azz move) so anywayz i get on the freeway heading home and i notice a cop waz on my azz so my exit waz coming up and i exit and he still on my azz so we get on the street and i didnt know the speed limit so i waz going around 35mph then i saw 50mph so i speed up to like 45-47 mph and then next thing i know he turns on his lights so then i pull over and turn off my car and he comes up to my car and ask me license and etc.. u know the routine..then he asks me where am i coming from and i told him the therotors and my ticket stup waz next to me so i showed him..LoL..then he asks me why are my eyes are so glossy and red and i told him i jus came from the movies and im tired and he waz pointing his flash light at my eyes and coverd some of the light with his hand..he waz saying if i waz under the influence and all that good stuff (which i wasent) then he told me the reason he pulled me over waz becuase i waz doing 40 on a 50mph and i told him i waz doing 40 some..to end this story he jus told me to stay with the speed limit and let me go...I think he got behind me on the freeway waz becuse i waz fixed up import..it waz a chp and i think they were bored..im not saying cops do that im jus thinking thats why they did pull me over

I always get pulled over just because.......cops see the little import and an alarm goes off in there head.........Going 40 in a 50 mph zone, give me a break......he was just looking for a reason to pull you over.

WHy don't those ****** go arrest somebody who is actually doing something wrong. Somebody broke in my car, I caught them, had a suspect description, vehicke description, and liscense plate#, and they don't even try to catch them. But if you go under the speed limit, they pull you over. I HATE COPS!!!!!!!! They suck!!!! ANd I don't care who gets offended, because COPS OFFEND ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quit whining! At least you didn't get a ticket. Next time drive the speed limit. If you weren't so focused on the guy behind you you would've probably seen a sign with the speed limit on it.

I also own a 1993 cavalier, with 210,000 miles on it, one time i was going up on Highway 17 towards San Jose. Well I get pull over cause, according to the cop I was going 65 on a 55 zone. Well he asked for the usual and asked me. "You know why I pulled you over right?" so i'm like "NO". He said "you were going 65 mph. on a 55 zone" So I looked at him and told him "Look officer with all do respect, my car has 210,000 miles, it's a four cylender, engine hasn't been rebuilt and you're telling me that i was going 65 on this mountain?" He looks at me and tells me he'll be back. After 15minutes he comes back gives me my lisence and tells me to drive safely. As he was leaving I asked him to tell me the real reason why he pulled me over. SO he said "I just wanted to check you up". It got me so mad. 50 mph is the upper limit, it doesnt say anything on the sign about a lower limit... in nj it says upper 65 lower 40. nothing in ny.

First of all im not whining.. second it waz around 1am when this happend and i jus got off the freeway and most of the time it dosent say the speed limit till a little while wayz and i did see the limit..Also i dont think its fair for cops jus to pull u over becuase they have a nice import..jus becuase its it fixed up and may look fast dosent mean he is going to speed..and the speed limit waz 50mph..its not agianst the law to drive 5mph under the speed limit..The cop just wanted to pull me over cuz i was a fixed up import and he and his buddy were bored..

That's true. But, even if you are driving above the speed limit you could be impeading the flow of trafic and can get a ticket.
