Rep Power: 0 Just goes to show you the incredibly array of mileage we all put on our cars. They're there to take us where we want to go, and in some cases...with a little style. Honda's are work horses. I still give the love for the 1st gen's I see puttin around the road... We have a responsibility to the Honda family, to keep our cars on the road as much as possible to spread the word. Some of us may not be fast, but we sure as hell look like we can break the sound barrier.

Rep Power: 0 Since it's a 01 you could have had it for almost 2 years, so it might be more like 10,000 miles a year. But even if it is 19,000 miles a year, isn't that what Civics are good for? great mileage, and longevity. If you are really thinking of getting another car and do a lot of highway driving, I would personally get a larger car, since the fuel mileage would be less of an issue, and larger cars are usually safer, and hold the road better at highway speeds, so maybe an Accord if you want a Honda.

Rep Power: 0 Some of you guys don't drive very much or at least don't venture to far from your homes. Imo, used hondas always seem to average higher mileage than other cars of different makes. People buy hondas to drive the ***** off of them. I got mine in February and have just under 8k on her. I usually drive about 23-24k a year but we took several vacations and have been taking the wife's car because the vic just isn't big enough. Now, that I think about it, my vic has been sitting around a lot lately.

Rep Power: 0 and I was worried because I've had mine for 5 weeks and have 2100 miles. I plan on driving mine until:
A) It dies
B) I have kids and could use a Sedan. Then I'll buy some kind of Sedan, probabbly a Honda.

Rep Power: 313 Joe, it's your wheels bro, your wheel and tire combo is an inch smaller than factory so it revolves more, don't worry I have the same setup (205/40/17). I was driving on the highway and was using the mile markers to see how off my odometer is, every mile there would be an extra .3 miles added on, so figure every 4 miles you travel your odometer is reading it as 5 miles! do the math, every 50 miles traveled, your civic will read it as apprx. 62.5 miles! pretty scary huh? that sh*t will add up
