Well if you did hear, Honda is making the S2000 Supercharged. it will have a Vortech SC on it that will make it 358-bhp. now your going to ask how fast is it. Stock they will run a 1/4 in 14.1 with e SC there doing it in, 13.8@105.6mph. Not to bad. But for 7 grand i can build a LS/vtec and put type-r intenearls in it and have it run 13.3@111.4mph. and then put a 100 shot in it and run 12 somthing. So for all that money that isn't all that fast.

But it looks 10 times better

am i the only one who thinks the s2000 looks like a glorified mazda miatta.... much like how the pt cruiser is a glorified mini-van...

I don't know about you guys...but I just absolutely adore the styling of the front headlights on the S2000. Is really unique in comparison to the cars out there on the market.

yes you can go and build your own car, and it can be a lot faster but u still wont be driving an s2000...
i think they llook amazing, they headlights, the bumpers and back lights! its a beautiful car...and its a convertible...
id go for the extraas $$$$$$$

Yeh the s2000 is a bada$$ car, s2000 owns any miata.

A Miata?, No way man, those things look like little bugs you squish, the S2000, looks hella sweet, and if they put a SC in it then I would get one for sure .................. If I had the cash.

Yeah I read that article about it in R&T. It gave it a huge gain in top end but I think it lost some in low end. The 0-60 time went from 5.4 to 5.5. I guess that wouldn't really bother me though.

i dont know i think s2000 isnt what it should be, I wasnt happy with em.

i happen to like miatas. for those of you bashing them, have ya'll ever driven one? they handle incredibly, and it's quite easy to turbocharge them.

My friend has one and I've driven it a couple of times. That thing is crazy and it's only stock! It pulls quick you get people jockin when ever you drive it with the top down. Now if it was TC or SC, that would be even better.

This owns both of those cars!

I think Comptech put a sc in the S2000 last year with a 100hp boost to the wheels. 200-->300hp
Saw it in a mag. (not R&T)
I love the look of the car especially with the dragon hood.

Okay, where did you hear this? Recently, the Vortech Supercharger kit was released for the S2000. I've never known a honda that included factory forced induction, so, I think you're wrong.

Yeah, Comptech has had theirs out for a while. It made almost 300HP at the wheels, like 298.1 HP or something like that. But still, very impressive!

Yes i know that i am wrong now. I got my R&T and just looked and didnt read the hole thing until i was on break at work. Its just a write up on the SC for the S2000.....sorry

An s2000 with a good driver can run 13s.

my friend is currently building a turbo for his s2000. don't know how it's gonna work with the high compression, but he's got all the parts from japan. i said super charger might be best, but he likes turbo. can't wait to see how this project will turn out. i'll difinately post pics.

You can't question the s2000's style. It is a gorgious car. Id take one in a heartbeat over most cars on the road.
