You know what, if you do choose to stay on this website, let the selling of your car be the end of your story. If people want to know about it they can search, but I'm sure other members myself included would not like to continually hear about your bad experience.

I considered the spec v when I was looking at the civic. There is a fairly large message board for nissan. A lot of the members said that their cars were burning a lot of oil and something else that I can't remember. I just couldn't get over how cheap the car looked and that awful rear just sealed the deal. Anyhow, since you are going to be staying around, let us know how that nissan measures up. However, I get the feeling that you wouldn't confess to any problems or issues if they did arise.

Oh if I don't like it I will let you know trust me. I just found out that the 03 model will have silver interior versus the red and there will be a yellow color available for the spec v so i may have to wait till that comes out to get that.

Actually, I kinda liked the that red/mesh interior. I thought the seats were very comfortable. My wife thought it was hideous. Anyhow, I strongly considered the spec v. I really am interested to hear your impression and how it compares to the vic. I am not talking about reliability, just how it drives and feels ya know.

Ah man the drive factor is great on that car. *drooling just thinking about it*. Anyway. I love the way that car feels. Hit the gas and it just floats. It doesn't lurch like the vic does it floats. The 6 speed is nice and not to close like the Celica is. Nissan has their slogan right. That car begs to be driven and I plan on it. Stock for stock that car is a whole hell of a lot better than a comperably priced vic would be. I mean look at the SI it costs more than the Spec V and feels and drives like ***. I am not fond of the red but I decided eventually the car will get a new paint job and I will strip that car like I did my vic and probably throw in some Recaro or Corbeau racing seats anyhow. So don't think I am going to wait after all. The only changes they are making is a closer shifting tranny the interior and the addition of a dark green color and the sunburst color.
