what is it called? is it true the dealership sells those for 35 dollars? how do u remove it? i have a silver one and i want the cheap black ones that came with the DX civics.... if anyone wants to trade their black one for a silver one lemme know, it'd definately be more beneficial for people with DX silver civics [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG] why am i doing this.. well im sorta working on a black and silver theme... i have an oem spoiler thats silver too that i wanna trade for a black spoiler if anyone wants to do that.. i dunno maybe i'll just get itpainted... i just got m3 mirrors that i need painted black too :/ is it easy to diy paint stuff black?

seriously though, I can only think of the grill, but that's behind the logo, are you talking about the front or rear?

hes talking about that piece of "silver" trim you can get on your hood when you purchase your civic...kinda like how you can upgrade to gold emblems etc etc.

mastercave, go look at some pics of member rides who have sedans and you'll see. It is on the rear end, the silver thing that is just above the licence plate. The sedans also have it on the front too..

so whats it called? it houses the license plate lights... the sedan chrome ones are fugly hahah but anyways yea i want a black one.. i dont care if its midnight black or the ghetto DX black... also does anyone know how to take that thing off.. maybe i'll just get it painted

I just refer to it as the "chrome trunk garnish piece".....Hope that helps some...

well i found out how to remove mine.. its kinda simple just 3 lugs so i guess if anyone wants to trade or i'll just get em painted
