Why do people do this

OK I'm making a left turn and I see that a black 6th gen civic is making a right turn. It's slammed to the ground. I think to myself, "ok thats cool." I get behind the guy, and he had some serious negative camber going on. I don't mean like 2-3 degrees. I'm talkin about like -20 on the drivers side and -10 on the passenger side. Don't people notice that their wheels are messed up? Do people think that looks nice or something cuz their wheels have a gangsta lean? WTF

ok bye

Guess they spent all their money on the coilovers and rims, that they couldn't afford a camber kit afterwards...lol, that's gotta be good for your tires

I believe anything more than 1.5" and you absolutely need them...but as grey informed me, you should get them at some point anyhow to keep everything correct.

There's a prelude around here like that. His looks like he did it to tuck his wheels to actually fit under the fender. It looks soooo retarded!! He is the definition of rice, the 747 wing on the back, hood painted black (ghetto carbon fiber look), the vtec stickers on all four corners.
