Angry Throttlebody change

Throttlebody change I have a 2012 Honda accord Ex 3.5 v6. I change the throttlebody then when I put the new throttlebody in When I turn the wheel back-and-forth the tachometer surges and when I’m idling it’s running at 700 rpm’s And when AC is on the tachometer jumps up a little bit I can’t figure it out And I tried to do the steps to re-learn that throttlebody the new one and it did not work reset the computer I tried everything I can anybody help thank you appreciate

Why did the throttle body get replaced?
Put the original TB back on it, see if problems go away.

Try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes before attempting idle learn,
Probably need a professional or dealer level scanner to do the relearn processes.
