Re: Throttle body spacer and idle problem

you need to reset the ecu and do the idle learn. make sure car is warmed up, disconnect battery or pull FIECU fuse, put back, start car and let it idle without using any accessories or pressing gas for 10 mins. turn car off. should be fixed. if not, throw away the spacer.

Re: Throttle body spacer and idle problem

you may also have a air leak . this could also be the cause of inconsistant idle. i would make sure all bolts are tight and spray around the tb with some carb cleaner and listen for changes to idle

Re: Throttle body spacer and idle problem

hmm ya did the spacer come with new gaskets? cause its not a good idea to reuse the old ones which are too flat already.
