Post a video. Joining an accord forum might be useful as well. Information left out includes: nation of origin, engine, conditions when it happens (such as cold start or sitting at a stop light), type of transmission, amount of fluctuation (100/200/300 rpm?).

Last time I had a customer complaint with idle surge on an accord it needed a transmission. The trans on that car would completely stop pulling the car and the only hint the customer gave us was the idle surge.
