That thing is spun by the air. It will slow the air, actually, and disrupt the pipe flow. The only part when it will spin and *slightly* push *some* air is when you close the throttle! haaaaahahahaha!

absolutly nothing.
the "theory" behind that is that it will spin and push air into your air-intake giving you more air (kinda like a turbo/super charger).
but there are a few fallacies with it:
1. it gets it "spins" from the naturally aspirated air that is being sucked into the motor. so in fact its actually blocking air comming into the intake (instead of pushing more air in)
2.even if it were to "add" air, your ECU would balance it out with fuel (to keep the A/F ratio to oem spec) so really, its just like stepping on the gas harder
3. even if it were to "add" air, you would need some sort of piggy back ECU to tune for the extra available.
what it really does: makes a cool spooling sound so ur car sounds like its got some sort of turbo in there
i know all the ricers reading my last comment is going to buy one of those now.
oh, and it also allows us to laugh at your stupidity. lol
