Older Civics' (CVCC)

I saw a pretty old @ss Civic. All stock very very old and the hood has air dam and slits on it and I was like whoa. The front has a old @ss "H" emblem and says "CVCC" which stands for Civic I guess? Also at the back, it says "CVCC" and at the bottom of it it says "Civic" and I'm all thinking that it myte be a first gen Civic. I was just wondering why did they stop making "CVCC" emblem and also why don't the new cars get air dam and slits on it...? I'm pretty sure it's a Civic, oh yeah it's a 3 dr hatchback. So yeah... Compound Vortex Controlled Combustion. It's an early emission control method.
