a rsx is a little more. Its usually $100-200 more a year total. So basically like $10 more a month. Your a teenager in a two door, your gonna get raped on insurance for any car you get, so get the one you like.
Insurance considers civics semi high risk since they been one of the top ten most stolen cars the last 10yrs.

your insurance won't go down till you hit 25. Its best just to have your parents as the primary and you as a secondary driver.

Speaking from personal experience (I'm 19) you're going to get raped on insurance, that much is a fact. Especially if you have any sort of blemishes on your record. Accidents, moving violations, etc. It's really not going to depend on the car a whole lot, but the only way to tell for sure is to call your insurance agent and get a quote.

call your insurance agent/provider and they will give you a rate. a lot is considered. young driver, good student discount, driver training discount, your coverages (liability, pip, etc..), and of course your record. no one in this forum will be able to answer your question literally (not trying to be rude).

Well, I just sold my 01' EM2, and picked up an 05' RSX-S. I'm 28 with no wrecks or tickets, and I pay $157.00 a month. My civic was
only $113.00 a month. It does go up, but there are too many factors between each person to get an idea of what you are going to pay.

alright thanks guys...but i understand nobody can tell me the exact price and all the number of discounts or whatever can go into the price but i was just trying to get an estimate of how much peoples insurance prices went up..which i figured on average is around 20-30$ a month...which is better than what i thought it would be..

I have an 01 civic with liability only. I am 27 and hardly drive it, insured through Geico paying a mere 220.00 for 6 months haha. If I had comprehensive and collision tacked on it'd only be like 450 for six months, but for how little I drive it, its not worth it.
