Rep Power: 212 Guy on ebay wins the bid for a BMW M3 and Seller refuses to sell it!!
Copied right from another forum im apart of, but thought it was very interesting
As many of you may know, the new BMW M3 has been seen fetching almost 40k over MSRP. So this Dealership in Lincoln Nebraska puts one of their M3's on ebay to try and make a killing.
They did not set a reserve, and only ended up getting $60,000 for the car, which is below MSRP.
The person who won the auction is trying to claim their new vehicle and the dealership is refusing, saying that the auction was a "MISTAKE"

What do you mean by that?? he won the ebay auction. Why wouldn't he get that car for that price??
If anything, he will get that car for that price, plus more. Ebay, is not for kicks and giggles. If you sell something, you must sell it to the buyer for the price its finished at. There's no bargaining.
Please explain why he'd be lucky to get that car at that price??
btw, I hope that dealership gets screwed over. How can you post a car on ebay, and say its a mistake after the auction is over. If it was a mistake, you can take the auction down before hand. I know that for a fact, because I sell many things on ebay.
I hope that guy gets his m3.

this guy will def. get the m3 for 60k or even for free. and that GM that laughed and said they were a muti million dollar company, will get his face smacked by the CEO of BMW lol he shouldnt have said that. It just gives BMW a bad name and giving 1 M3 for 60k isnt gonna hurt them
