anyhow....ive called this shop and demanded the skyline be done!!
this is Bullshit!
They have til march 15 then ill be going legal, probably litigation!
My family, my friends, and even people like yourself believe not only have i been ripped off but some dont believe this car exists! ive had enough of thier excuses and broken promises!!
they cant even send an image without a ****ing battle?? wtf!
ive had it up to my eyeballs in BS myself!

i traded my 06 civic for it in mid December, The owner had told me it would be mid January when the engine would be in with the other stuff we ordered. It is now approaching mid March, 3 months since the deal went down and all i have is 1 ****ing image of it with no motor in it? all i get is excuses such as "He is in a meeting", "His Email crashed"...blah blah blah!
im tired of this entire deal completely. His time is up and ill be turning this case over to my lawyer REAL soon!
I called first thing this morning and ecen threatened his secratary that ill be going LEGAL if his **** doesn smarten up....Guess what? he still has not emailed nor called me yet!

Hey, I'm not swaying one way or the other but WTF. I don't follow the story. This is how I understand it from scanning over this post.
1. The car is in Japan.
2. It got shipped to the North American Continent to "some dude" who owned it for some period of time.
3. FGcoupe trades his civic to "some dude" for the car with no effin' motor.
3. FGcoupe waits on "some dude" to bring the car to life.
4. FGcoupe gets no response from said person "some dude".
5. FGcoupe then agrees with everyone else on this thread.
Please let me know what the holes are in my story and fill them. BTW saying 'I'm going to get my lawyer' holds no ground to anyone if you have no written agreement or a verbal contract witnessed by you and said person "some dude".

I found a 1989 Skyline GTS-T with the following done to it:
- GTR body package
- Shaved door handles
- Coilover suspension
- Bayside blue paint
- RB20DET engine
- Apexi power intake
- Blitz BOV
- Catback exhaust
I took the Skyline for a testdrive, and found it to be a real nice driving car with a nice power range but still wanted more so....
in a deal where i trade my 2006 Civic DX-G mildly modded for this Skyline,
the owner of the shop agreed to throw in $10,000 for parts for the Skyline,
The pricetag for the Skyline was $11500.00 CDN.
With this 10k in parts allowance i opted for:
- RB25DET w/ECU swap
- RS-1Type Race seats w/rails
- HICAS lockout bar
- Seibon vented, Carbon hood (TT-style)
- Used tires with 65% tread (tires on the car were roasted)
- New headliner
- Stereo to be installed (stock headunit)
- Rear parklights to be installed
*Included in the price was labour aswell.
Another note, just recently because ive had to wait so long, in a phone conversation a few weeks back the owner agreed to throw in my choice of wheels and the open mouth grille ,painted.
All ive had to pay for would be the following: (because i order it)
- VLSD oil change
- Steering boss (hub)
As for the RB25DET, the BOV and Power intake from the RB20DET would be transfered over in the swap.
As for the container from Japan:
In this shipment are included the Race seats, the engine and headliner (sunroof type).
The Skyline itself was located and traded by myself in Canada.

oh yea....might aswell add why it was this went sour!
in an Email the owner did send to me back in mid Febuary, he stated the one ship had broke down and they transfered the containers to another ship, it was to leave N. China a few days later and this Skyline project was to be done mid march but....
heres the thing....
the ship doesnt come near the docks until the end of march, the owner of the shop knows where his **** is....its called a tracking number! all he has to do is punch it up on his lap top or PC to find out but all he tells me is BS or nothing at all. The way i see it now, i cannot see this project being complete til anywhere sooner then mod April. The shop would need approx 2 weeks to do the swap and tune it ,etc....

Once its in the shops hands he wants it for the 2 weeks to do the swap and tune it properly working out any bugs that may show up.
