anyone have autoloc hidden antenna? got an idea
well i have a 97 civic and the motor on my antenna broke. i was thinking of getting autoloc's hidden antenna and also getting the honda antenna block off plate so it'll cover up the hole where the nonretracting antenna goes. how does the autoloc antenna install? just wire it up and mount it in the car or what? any info is appreciated.

Rep Power: 307 im not familiar with autoloc's but metra has a windshield mount version. you plug it into your radio's antenna plug and then wire it up to your antenna output on the radio. works GREAT in most applications.

Rep Power: 218 i know about the antenna in our em. that's what gave me the idea to do it in my ek. i thought maybe someone else on here would have another car with an external antenna.
