$200 for installing springs and including allignment, reasonable?

$200 for installing springs and including allignment, reasonable?

hi guys, just want to know that 200 buds for installing the springs and they do allignment after that, is that a good price for that??
should i go for it or go to find another store..so far that store is the cheapest...coz i dont want waste much money only for install...thanks guys...

just install them yourself....if not 200$ is a pretty good deal. Just make sure they are reputable.

To me it sounds high. Install should be right around 100 or less and alignment i think runs around 40. I could be wrong tho.

thats a really good deal, i was once quoted 200 just to install and no alignment or anything.

i dont trust myself....and so do my frens..hehehe thanks why i need a professional to do that for me....well..... i do find lots of store do that for 200 buds or even higher till 320 not including allignment yet.....so if 200 including allignment i will go for it....

That is a little high. Installation should be somehwere in the neighborhood of $100 with an alignment right around $50 at most places. I got mine aligned at the dealer for $50. Try to talk them down a little...

Make friends with store owners around your area. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] I met this guy who owns a store in town and got to know him really well and now he does all of my installs...

Are you insane? Dont ever cut your springs, that is the stupidest thing to ever do. That is the stupidest thig I have heard too. First off it is unsafe, and will make your ride go to ****. And it will cause problems in the long run. Better spend your money to do it right.

Also this thread is over 2 yrs old, by now he has probably gotten another car or already had them installed.
