I signed up for the mailing list about the new Si sedan a couple weeks ago and thought i'd share a link they sent me with pics. I was interested in possibly purchasing one of these... but not anymore. I don't car for the styling interior and especially exterior wise. Probably gonna head into the direction of a WRX or Mazdaspeed3.

This is a tough call. If you really don't like the styling of the Civic, then you have to go for either a weird nose (the Imprezza WRX) or a super wagon (MAZDASPEED 3). I wonder if the MS3 will come out in sedan form. They're both great cars, I just think they look a little... well, just not as good as the Si sedan.

i like it! i've always been a fan of the 8thgen civic sedan. i think the lines looks sooo slick. bet toyota designers for the corolla think it would be hard to tough that!

ya know, it is a clean looking car, a nice looking Si sedan but I just cannot stand those tail lights. they need to redo the back end. but like i said, for the first Si 4-door, it looks sexy!

if you wanna talk about shitty looking rear end.... Mazda 3 sedan, say no more. OMG. yuck!!!
i'm 50/50 on the MS3 being in sedan form. i prefer it to be a sedan instead of the hatchback but then again, the rear end of the 3 is so incredibly shitty. LOL. hahaha
they did a good job on the SI sedan IMO.

Wow... stretched for the extra doors it looks better than the coupe. Its a straight shot at the GLi... and probably will be a pretty good one.

i am sooooo glad they did not do the Si in hatch form...personally i hated that body style and the gear shift was just absurd, imo

this car is sweet and a friend of mine is selling his EP3 just to get one. if i were to ever buy another civic this would porbaly be the one. just add power and take off everything that said SI and you would have a hell of a sleeper.
I think it's a great idea. What there doing now is giving all the people that MUST get a 4-door, the same features as the Coupe. It is the exact situation im in. I plan on getting a 4 door, wanted the Si's power, but didnt want a 2 door. They should have done it sooner.
The only reason i would never buy a mazdaspeed car, at leadt not new is that only mazdaspeed licensed mazda dealerships can work on them under warranty. I used to work at th mazda dealer here in Lafayette, IN and we were not, so if someone here had one under warranty and needed work they had to drive or have it towed to Indy. There really aren't many mazdaspeed dealers.
