I don't own a RSX but any good stereo shop can install a number of in-dash CD players that will look good. I live in Florida and Sound Advice is the best place to go, they have all the latest manuals and install kits.

I like the stock CD player though, I'd just buy better speakers and a amp.

My dad rolls in an rsx-s, first off, the cd player is a 6 disc changer, which is badass, secondly the entire system and sub is bose, and is a really really good system, very powerful, thirdly, a good stereo shop will have install kits that will make it look somewhat factory, but why would you want to change it out anyways? I agree with solar, if you need a better system just place out the speakers and the sub. Peace.

I don't own an rsx, but I know what your are talking about. I assume you own a type-s because the regular rsx has a console that is similar in design to the civic. My suggestion would be to by the console out of a regular rsx and install that in your type-s. Here is a link to a place that sells the console from a regular rsx. It is Item number 10 and only costs like $42, much cheaper than a custom install would be at an audio shop. Also, if you want the lower bin that is item number 11 and that costs $36. I would buy these so that if you want to put your stock system back in it will be very easy. Hope that helps...

I have heard factory Bose systems and they are nice for factory, but you can definitely improve upon it with some higher end aftermarket parts.

Exactly..... If I had THAT much to spend, I would spend about 30 seconds thinking about what to get. There is no contest in that price range.

RSXs look so much better than the WRX, and have more aftermarket parts available (since its a honda). Also, my friend has a WRX, its not all that.

personally Id go for the WRX since the RSX feels cheap as ****...anyways you should look on Club RSX...everyone there hates the factory system, they say its weak...the sub isnt really a sub and dosnt knock- but like pretty much everyone there has aftermarket so of course you could do it
