My plugs are at least coming out for inspection (and probably replacement) at 50-60k. I would never leave any plug in place for 100-110k they may not come out at that point.
come on guys/gals. I thought these Honda's were the best thing since sliced bread. I just got around to changing the plugs in my 96 Crysler Cirrus Lxi at 171,000, and only picked up 1 mpg. Oh-well, I'm hoping to replace it with civic shortly after it gets to 200,000. This things been costing me way to much money.

is there a link to a quick DIY on installing them? I don't have a torque wrench. J/W, even though I probably won't change them, but I did just get a ton other stuff so might just for the heck of it.

well you kinda need a torque wrench or you wont know how tight to make it. otherwise quick diy, remove wire cover, remove coil packs, remove plugs. fairly easy. you need a plug socket tho to loosen them. then can stick the coil pack in to grab it.

oh then Ill just get them replaced as scheduled by the garage at a later date. thanks gearbox.
heres a link to my plugs after 90k. they can last to the recommended interval no problem.. but you might lose power and mpg after awhile. if i had to do it over again, i wouldve changed them earlier. probably @ 60k. so id say wait 24k.
