Opinions on the 2006 Hyundai Tiburon Gt V6
In the US there are 2 models. the 3i and the 3s
the 3s has a bigger engine and comes in a 4 dr sedan or a 5dr hatch.
you can go to Mazdausa.com and build your own vehicle to see how much it would come up to. For me, the problem with the 3s was that my closest dealer didn't offer the base 3s, but only the 3s with navi and leather and all that and that came up to about 21K. too much for me.
don't forget about the Gerber discount if you buy a Mazda. $500 off.

i don't either, it looks more like a station wagon. IMO that is. the sedan is nice and perfect!. never thought i'd own a sedan but it's a "sports sedan" so that'll work with me. and my insurance JUST might be less a month now. i'm only paying 112.50 a month for my civic now. and thats FULL coverage too!.
I'm actually going to have to say that this mazda 3 is going to be my ABSOLUTE best bet. or the scion tc ofcourse.
but from what i read. this M3 is purly PERFECT!
i'd like to get the S touring. it's 1 step better from the S model. *** the S grand touring! LOL.
i plan on putting 2000 dollars down. and hope to get GOOD money for my 02 civic. atleast 1000 over than what i'm paying now. HELL YEAH!. THAT'LL BE LIKE 3000 DOLLARS DOWN!. that'll make my monthly payments and my rate go wayyyy down!

3000 is an ok size down payment.
yeah, i thought one of you guys would correct me on the M3 deal. but yeah. i think that this mazda 3 (MZ3) will probably be "THE ONE" guys!. i am REALLY liking what i'm reading and seeing. mazda was actually in my list of potential cars to choose if one other wasn't going to workout.
this mazda 3 is DEFFINANTLY a great deal!. lets see. OH, and i'm not putting 3000 down. i wanna put down like 2000 the 1000 extra dollars was from my trade in if i can get more than what it's worth on my balance at the time. i'm hoping to get 10,000 or a bit more for it. what do you guys think?

i think that the 3 is a great car. everyone i know who has one loves it. just keep up on oil changes and other maintainence and it will last plenty long enough. Gas mileage is also pretty good.
Has anyone seen what they are planning on doing to the 3? Mazdaspeed with turboing the 2.3L, but they are talking a 274 hp/280 torque all to the front wheels. Thats just ridiculous.

They say Mazdaspeed 3 will come with more than 250HP... I don't remember reading it's going to have 274HP for sure. But the torque number is correct.
Mazda says they will put an LSD so the car will be able to handle the power to the front wheel.
Dodge's new Caliber SRT-4 will have 300HP to the front wheel also (or was it supposed to be AWD??), so I guess that's how things are going nowadays.
Mazda 3 is very good choice. My mom has one and that car is a blast to drive. Compare to my Civic, it's no contest.

I think, with how cars are right now, anything under 300 hp, 300 ft-lb, to the front wheels is ok, if the car is balanced VERY well.
If the car handles like a typical FWD car, then 200 is more than enough to cause havok.

Tinny rotary??? I guess some think of it as a 1.3L, 2.6L and 3.9L.... that it could be considered either of these
Tibbys suck ballz

Its a 1.3L rotary. End of story. If you say it's a "2.3L" or whatever, then you don't understand the concept of a rotary. Its NOT a piston engine, so comparing a rotary directly to a piston engine is not possible. They are so so different and have different pros and cons.
For example the rotart has only 3 moving parts, so its extremly durable. Downside: once the seals go the engine is crap. Seals are it's downfall.
Piston engines have tons of moving parts, and are not as reliable because of this. But the engine is more efficient and can be built in different configurations to fit different space requirements (ex: I, V, W engine layouts)

If you got a tC now you could save some money and get a nicer car later on in life. food for thought
I seen a blue mazda 3 while on my way back home from work today and i creamed myself. but i don't like to talk about other cars while IN MY CAR cause it'll hurt her feelings. cars have feelings too!. thats why you keep it to yourself! in your head!. they aren't able to read minds.
the Mazda 3 was the exact one i want. and it was blue. the same color as the 2000 civic Si coupes. that sexy cool looking blue. HAWTNESS!.

if it were me, i would be considering mazdaspeed protege (if you can find one), 2000 civic si, mazda3, sciontc, rsx-s, or some older civic. do you have to get new? cause there are alot of nicer used cars for the same or less $.
yeah, the point of all my "car this", "car that" stuff is ALL based on the idea of a NEW car. cause i wanted something i STARTED. and nobody else has. i don't wanna be in a car that someone else has touched and driven and broken in. you gotta know what i'm talking about right?. it's just me. everyone deserves the chance for a NEW car. I want this to be my first time and my "FINALLY" chance to get one. i'm just worried about monthly payments and the overall total balance price (to a lesser extent though) cause i'm going to go from a 9,600 dollar car (is what i owe left on my civic) to a 17, 18, or 19K car. (after tax, tag, and title) that i'm kinda somewhat also concerned about the WHOLE price of the car. but this MUST be pointed out. YES!, IT'S GOTTA BE NEW. like i might of said before. the ONLY car that i'll get "USED" is the 2005 civic Si EP3 (hatch).

okay, my advice is pick 5 new cars you like, and go test drive them all. tell each dealer what you're doing so they leave you alone. if they cause trouble, walk out. after driving them all, i have a feeling you're gonna know which one you want.
