if its like 21,000 or under i may seriously have to consider it, seeing as how teh coupe and sedan are only like 500 apart, this should be too
I would do this to the sedan.
Looks much sexier
Not molding the trunk trim might balance the empty feeling the trunk lid gives off.
Props to spoonEM for the chop
Changes
No spoiler
No emblems
No keyhole
No inner tails
Bottom half of outer tails slightly smoked.
Reminds me of a 94-97 Accord.

im guessing no because it would seriously kill the csx sales. if they really have to, they probably just gonna use the engine/technology and put it in the csx and badge it as the acura csx type s.
I thought about trading in my 2001 EX for an SI Coupe but after looking at them there is no backseat its too tiny. With kids its kind of hard to get a car with such a small seat. But now with the thought of an SI sedan I would probably get one.

When the first announced the Civic Si Coupe and the 197hp I was lamenting that they would probably never build a Sedan version. I can't believe they built it! As if it wasn't already, they just make the Sentra Spec V obsolete! Looks great IMO and I will definitely consider that next year when I am replacing my car. That chop with the cleaned up tails looks way better though! Props to whoever did that! Why can't manufacturers just keep it clean like that rather than overdoing everything??

those are "concepts", they are supposed to be outrageous and eye catching to the consumers. concepts has to have this spice to it to make it stand out. well maybe sometimes they overdo it. but the thing about that is the the production version will most likely not as hyped up and more tuned down. then everyone would have the chance to mod their car to their pleasure.

Understood that concept cars are usually over the top, but I am talking about production cars. That chop of the tail lights is a great example. That looks 100 times better than what the production car looks like. Much cleaner, sexier. Less is more on those.

definately lights on the trunk. i like the sedan audi-ish look. sedan > coupe.
however, it would've been nice if they cleared out half of the tailights just to distinguish the SI from the other sedan trim.
