Power steering pump problems

About 2 months ago my power steering pump was starting to go out. I took it to the dealership and they put a new one on no charge. Now it's starting to go out again. I heard some where that if you change to a bigger rim size, it puts more strain on the pump. I have some 17's. Has anyone else had this problem?

i have stock wheels and the same problem. my steering is acting shaddy @ only 20,000miles

sometimes, all you have to do is get yer tires rebalanced...so go to yer nearest tire shop and get them rebalanced...that's if u guys got rims on the car...
