HELP! Need an advice!

Hey guys. I really want to get a header for my 01 civic lx but I had a hard time finding it. As we all know, there are headers mostly made for EXs. Today, I've found an OBX racing header for DX/LX. I've asked the seller about it being CARB legal and I was told 'no carb stamp on it but should pass smog no problems'. From what I heard stock LX headers have build in catalytic converter, and removing it would cause my car to fail the smog check. So I was thinking that since the OBX header was made for DX/LX then it shouldnt have any problems with smog check since it should have the catalytic converter builded in it. I need your guys's advice on this. Also, I'd like to get to know something about the OBX headers. Does anyone have one? Is it worth the money?
Heres the pic of the header:

obx=garbage, and no you wont pass emissions with any header. kamikaze makes the best lx header if you don't care about passing smog. otherwise do a complete EX exhaust system conversion and then you can use any aftermarket header for the EX. imo not worth it for 1-2 hp.

well everything needs to be redone. the exhaust is not the same. now you can either do stock for stock by getting oem header, downpipe, cat, and exhaust, or you can opt for aftermarket header, stock downpipe, hi flow random tech cat, aftermarket EX catback.

With his Magnaflow exhaust he probably just needs to take the extension pipe off that Magnaflow supplied for DX/LXs to convert that part for the EX
