Unhappy Bad luck for me...

So last night after after picking up my girl from work, we decided to go get some bubble tea uptown. We were a little bit hesitant due to low in cash and we were both kinda tired. However, we decided to go since we ran into some friends that we haven't seen for awhile.

We were chatting and laughing as usual, then all of a sudden, we saw a TSX being towed. We were all like wow, sucks to be him. Not remembering that I parked right next to a TSX with the same color and stuff, I didnt' think of it too much. Then my friend was gonna make fun of me and saw, oh, there goes ur car being towed. Then the tow truck passes by with a civic with taillights just like mine. I was like, holy sheet, that is my f-king car they're towing. So we were all like rushing out to see if it was truely my baby they were towing. Come to my surprised, my car was go, and so was the TSX right next to me.

The thing was, the "Private parking, towing zoon" sign was covered up by the TSX's trunk, so I was in the towing zoon. My friend's car didn't get towed because his spot was the last spot that was reserved for the bubble tea place. We were trying to find that stupid tow truck, but dang, that thing was long gone by the time we got out of the parking lot.

So after an hour we figured out where the place is, we had to cash out 255 bucks to get my car out of the lot. As I was about to sign the reciept, there was some words written on the top right corner of the reciept. It was kinda scribbly, so I asked the dude to read it off. It says "rear bumper damage," the idiot who towed my baby damaged my car. I asked them if I could see the car first before I sign the reciept, but the answer was no. One of the towing guy says sometimes there are little scartches from "the thing." He didn't even see the car to make that statement. I signed the paper since I only have one car and I needed it. As I was inspecting my bumper, there was a scrape the size of my face, if not bigger. Now I gotta call the manager and the insurance company to see what's going on. If nothing gets resolved, I'm going down to the city hall and sue their azz. Sigh, lost 255 bucks annnnnnnnd a messed up rear bumper, my poor baby...

Yeah, that was a lot of money. Its like all the money I made waiter on Christmas day and New Years day combined. We called the place like 40 minutes after they've towed it and when my girl found out the price is 255, I was like wtf!!!!

The owner of the TSX showed up a little bit after I took my car out of the lot and he told me that this place is like the most expensive one around. This month is gonna suck so bad for me, I'll be behind on all my bills. If they don't cover the damage of my car, I will have to drive a damaged car for awhile before I can afford to fix it.....

I had the same thing happen at my friends place in San Diego.

We just finished moving in his stuff and we went out to eat in his car.
He was pretty sure the spot my car was in was his spot.

When we came back my friend jokingly said "Dude, what if they towed your car?"

I had to hunt down the tow yard and shelled out ~$120.
Luckily the driver didn't damage anything and used a dolly instead of ripping into my car.

Hope somebody other than you pays for the damages.

Well, I didn't even know which guy towed my car. That place was so busy with tow trucks coming in and out of the place like every 5 minutes. However, since we were driving around like an hour, we had to pee like crazy. We walked into the place asked if they had a restroom, they didn't so we just freaking pissed right in front of the building. hehe
