cleared headlights

i cleared my headlights today! yeah!!!! but when i was doing it i scratched some of the chrome off of the edge. it doesn't look too bad but it still sux. is there anything i can do to fix it?

probably be best to leave it so it doesn't get worse, maybe try some paint though... how much came off?

wow... I would like to know this as well,... cuz I plan on clearing my lights this weekend and want to know myself what I would need to paint it...~

just be careful with them and you should be fine. (hopefully i can take my own advice when i finally get around to clearing mine, if anyone is gonna screw it up by not being careful enough, its gonna be me)

That's because it's not actually CHROME. It's just some sick lookin' paint over plastic. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

EDIT: Just try NOT to touch the chrome as much as possible. It's inevitable to touch it sometimes but just wipe finger prints off. You should go into the vehicle issues section of the forums. There was are some really nice solutions there if you SEARCH it.
